Why is the price the same as the plural?

Final markdown. No further reductions possible. The plural got to nineteen first. We got there last. Same shelf, same sticker, one of us is the end of the line.

Nineteen for what, exactly?

One name on one filing. Ours. The address checks out. Everything else was removed before pricing.

A process server came by. Now what?

Now nothing. The papers are at the address. The address is not staffed. Those two facts do not meet.

Is anyone at the office?

There is a unit. It has a number on the door. Staff was the first item marked down.

Worst case, what do you owe me?

Three months of fees, no exceptions. At $19 a year that is $4.75 inside the first ninety days. After ninety days the last three months of fees comes to zero, since the year was paid up front. The $4.75 is nonrefundable. Read the tag.

Is there a person I can get hold of?

There is a counter. Nobody is behind it. Ring the bell as often as you like.

Does the year roll over?

No. One year, one tag. When it is gone it is gone. We do not restock.

Same price as the plural. Why?

It closes itself, on schedule, unannounced. Closing is the one thing we deliver on time.

Does the state permit an agent like this?

Each state page prints the statute, word for word, with what the state does about an agent at our level of service. That is the permission slip. Read it before the state does.

Is 19 Registered Agent an actual business?

The price is actual. The terms are actual. The statutes are actual. So are the consequences. The service was clearance stock and it sold out.

Any coupons?

No. Clearance prices are final and cannot be combined with anything, including service.

Will I be told when something arrives?

Telling is a feature. Features were the first reduction.
